How to Take Plasma Jet

    • 1). Use Plasma Jet o your weight training workout days. Product makers recommend you use the product every-other day, and no more than four days of the week.

    • 2). Remove one Plasma Jet capsule from the blister package by popping it out.

    • 3). Take with 12 oz. juice or water, 1 to 3 hours before your weight training workout. Take on an empty stomach or 30 to 60 minutes before a meal.

    • 4). Drink additional water on the days you use this product. Increase water intake by 24 to 36 oz.
