Hi there. My name is Sarita Ekya, and I'm the owner of S'MAC, that's short for Sarita's Macaroni and Cheese. And, today, we'll be making a crab and brie macaroni. My ingredients here are a b¨¦chamel sauce, that's comprised of milk, flour, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Here, I've got elbow macaroni, cooked al dente. Right here, we've got our killer ingredient, the crab; this is crab claw. Here we've got our brie cheese. To even out the cheese flavor, I also have a little bit of pecorino and a little bit of Muenster cheese. And, here, I've got some cheese to top it off because we are making mac and cheese after all. So, what we're going to do is we are going to combine all of these ingredients, nothing has been prepped, other than you've got some shredded cheese and also we've got the al dente pasta. So, we will combine all of these ingredients into a mixing bowl. We'll place it in the oven and you're going to top it off with some cheese. You can top it off with breadcrumbs too. I prefer no breadcrumbs on this actual recipe. And then, you'll bake it at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. If you want a crisp top, you can broil it on high for four to five minutes at the end.
