Place pork in slow cooker; pour barbecue sauce and orange juice over top.
Add orange peel if using.
Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove pork from slow cooker.
Cut the meat into small pieces or shred with a fork.
Put meat back into the slow cooker and stir until well mixed.
Split sandwich rolls and toast.
Spread mayonnaise on both sides of rolls.
Fill rolls evenly with meat mixture.
Makes 12 sandwiches.
