How to Add Watermark in MS Word

    Word 2007

    • 1). Open Word 2007

    • 2). Click on "Page Layout" on the top menu bar

    • 3). Go to "Page Background" and click on "Watermark"

    • 4). Scroll through the pre-designed watermarks or click "Custom Watermark" to create your own.

    • 5). Design your watermark by either uploading your own picture or inputting text.

    • 6). Click "Apply"

    Word 2003

    • 1). Click "Format" from the top menu bar

    • 2). Click on "Background"

    • 3). Select "Printed Watermark"

    • 4). Design your watermark. Upload your own picture or insert text.

    • 5). Click "Apply"
