Proven Techniques for Overcoming Premature Ejaculation Faster

Do you suffer from premature ejaculation? If so, you probably aren't letting too many people know about.
It's not a problem most guys are willing to discuss, for obvious reasons.
But stop worrying about it and listen up, because there are things you can do to overcome this problem.
Here are the best suggestions, based on research and testing from different sources.
According to the Mayo clinic there are several well-researched ways to avoid the problem of premature ejaculation, without resorting to the pharmaceutical drugs that can have more side effects than the problem itself.
These are the most common methods that are practical besides, and you don't need a doctor or psychologist to explain these methods.
In some cases, although very rare, you may need the help of a doctor but let's try the easiest and safest ways first to overcome the problem first.
In many cases of premature ejaculation the man just hasn't had enough experience yet, and needs to get acclimated to the feeling of having sex with a real woman (stop snickering, we all have to start somewhere).
If you have masturbated in the past like most men, you at least know what it feels like to have an orgasm.
The problem, as you probably know already, is that if you haven't had sex in awhile and you are with a woman you are really attracted to, it is hard to control your ejaculation.
The answer may be to masturbate several hours previous to having sex, which will at least give your body some lag time to build up more ejaculate for the next round.
That way when you have sex with your partner it won't be so quick due to the previous session of masturbation that released a large majority of ejaculate.
Of course that also depends on your age, since older men take longer to become aroused after sex and may not be ready for another 12-24 hours.
Another proven method to help ease the premature ejaculation problem is called the "squeeze method", which involves the woman squeezing the tip of the mans penis.
This of course is done after you are engaged in sex for awhile, with or without penetration, and have begun to reach a point where you feel as if you may have an orgasm.
Stop at this point and have the woman hold the head of your penis between her thumb and index finger with some pressure, which will serve to stop the urge to have an orgasm.
After the urge has passed, you can slowly go back to having sex again and build up once again to an orgasm.
Repeat the process several times, and this will eventually give you more control of your ejaculation.
After awhile you will have a better idea of how close you can go without ejaculating, and having full penetration will be achieved without worrying about premature ejaculation.
According to the Mayo clinic another solution is to apply a topical ointment to the penis which contains a numbing agent such as lidocaine or prilocaine, which dulls the sensation of the penis so penetration can be achieved without worrying as much about premature ejaculation.
However, be cautious with these creams and only use them sparingly if at all since they are only a temporary solution.
Also, check before using on your penis by rubbing a small amount on your arm - you may be allergic to the cream, and it's better to go to the doctor or ER with your arm inflamed than your penis.
Also, if you use these creams remember they may affect the woman as well and she also may experience less sensation, not exactly a benefit in my mind (or hers).
