Get a Glimpse of The Wharf - The New DC Waterfront

Construction began on The Wharf in March 2014, with the expected completion date of the first phase in 2017. The mega redevelopment project will dramatically change Washington DC, giving it a waterfront destination unlike any other in the nation. A one-mile stretch of prime real estate along the Washington Channel (currently known as the Southwest Waterfront) will be re-imagined to include restaurants, retail boutiques, entertainment venues, hotels, apartments, condominiums and office space.

The National Mall and many of the city's most popular attractions are within walking distance to the waterfront, so this will be amazing for visitors and residents.

The following renderings will give you a glimpse of the development. For complete details, see The Wharf - Washington DC Development.
