What should you do when you find yourself missing your ex girlfriend?
1. Find something to distract yourself. I know, this is definitely something that is much easier said than done. However, you don't want to torture yourself by allowing your thoughts to be on her all of the time. It's not healthy and it will not help you in the least bit.
2. Hang out with a close friend, one that you can goof of with. Nothing is better than being able to get together with a buddy and have a good time. It will allow you to see that you can still have fun without her, and it will also help to get your thoughts off of her for a while. This is healthy to allow yourself this time to just relax and have fun.
3. Find out how to get her back. The worst thing in the world is to miss your ex girlfriend and feel as though you can do nothing at all about it. While it is true that some relationships are completely done for, there are many situations where you can easily attract her back to YOU.
